Already have a VegasNow account? Start with Log in, then complete authentication on the operator’s website. This page keeps the recovery options and common access problems together so you can choose the appropriate next step.

One account. The right way back in.

A successful login uses the account you originally registered, with its existing email address and password. The account button here opens the operator; it does not sign you in automatically. Check the destination address before entering your details, especially when returning from an old bookmark or a message.

A failed sign-in is not a reason to create another account. If the account already exists, recovering it preserves the connection to previous verification, transactions and support conversations. The operator decides account eligibility and whether any restriction can be reviewed.

Start with the recovery email

Open the operator’s Log In panel and choose Forgot Password when you cannot remember the password. Request the recovery message for the registered address, check the inbox and spam folder, and follow the instructions in that message. A reset link and a verification code should stay private.

When the registered inbox itself is inaccessible, a password reset cannot solve the underlying problem. Explain that distinction to support and ask for the appropriate account-recovery procedure. Send identity information only through the secure channel the operator specifies.

What happened at sign-in?

Situation What to do next
The page opens but the password fails Use Forgot Password and retain the exact error message.
The reset message does not arrive Check the registered address and mail filters; record when you requested it.
You cannot access the registered inbox Ask support about changing or recovering the account email.
The account is restricted Ask support about the restriction itself; do not assume a reset will remove it.
You can log in but a game will not load Report the game title and device as a game/session issue.
The website fails before sign-in Record the final address, browser and time of the failure.

Using a phone, tablet or shared computer

On mobile, complete sign-in in the browser you intend to use for the session. Switching between an in-app browser and Safari or Chrome can create separate sessions. A saved home-screen shortcut is simply another route to the website; it does not replace authentication.

On shared devices, avoid saving passwords in a browser profile that other people use. Sign out when finished. If your password manager fills an unfamiliar destination, stop and check the address rather than submitting automatically. See mobile access for browser and shortcut guidance.

Make your support request actionable

A useful access report gives the registered email, the exact message, when it happened, and whether the failure is on desktop, mobile or both. Explain which recovery step you already tried. This helps distinguish a missing email from an account restriction or a browser problem.

Do not put a password, one-time code or recovery link in the message. The support page includes the operator’s published contact and a practical checklist for follow-ups.

Questions, answered

Can I sign in directly on this website?

No. The Login button opens the operator, where authentication takes place. This site has no casino password form.

Should I register again if I cannot log in?

Use account recovery first. The operator’s account rules determine whether another registration is permitted.

Does a password reset guarantee access?

It changes a password through the operator’s recovery process. It does not necessarily resolve an account restriction or regional availability issue.
