A withdrawal is a sequence: you request it, the operator reviews it, and the payment method settles it. Knowing which stage is outstanding gives you a better question to ask than a general “where is my money?”
Follow the status, not just the clock
Record when you submitted the request and the status shown in account history. If it is still under review, a payment network’s settlement speed does not explain the whole wait. If the operator says it has paid the request, ask for the relevant payment reference and expected settlement stage.
A published time estimate may describe one stage rather than the full journey. Ask whether a figure includes operator review, verification and non-business days. A different account’s experience cannot establish what is happening to yours.
Read withdrawal limits separately from deposit limits
A method that accepts a deposit does not automatically support a withdrawal in the same currency or at the same amount. Compare the withdrawal table, the cashier options and the account terms together. A method maximum and an account-level withdrawal cap can both apply.
The tables below preserve the values in the operator’s public documents checked on 3 November 2026. They do not promise that every displayed route will appear in a particular account.

Respond to a verification request precisely
If the operator asks for documents, establish which requirement remains incomplete and how to submit it securely. Name, payment ownership and identity questions can involve different records. Do not send passwords, card security codes or a wallet recovery phrase.
A complete response to a document request does not itself guarantee immediate approval. Keep the submission date and case reference so that you can follow up on the actual request rather than starting the conversation again.
Check the balance and promotion conditions
Cash balance, bonus balance, winnings subject to a cap and withdrawable funds can be different amounts. Review any active promotion and the operator’s withdrawal terms before assuming the total account display is available to withdraw.
If you are unsure what remains outstanding, ask support to identify the exact clause and amount involved. Cancelling a bonus may have consequences for associated funds; read those consequences before confirming. The bonuses page explains the conditions to compare.
Keep a clear withdrawal record
| Record | What it helps establish |
|---|---|
| Request date and time | When the withdrawal entered the account workflow. |
| Method, currency and amount | Which published and account limits may apply. |
| Current status | Whether review or settlement is outstanding. |
| Transaction reference | Which request support should investigate. |
| Document-request date | Whether verification is an outstanding stage. |
| Existing support case | A consistent record of previous replies. |
Questions, answered
Are withdrawals instant?
No universal instant-withdrawal claim is established here. Read the method timing and ask which stages it covers.
Can I withdraw using a method different from my deposit?
The operator’s cashier, ownership rules and account terms determine the available route.
Does Google indexing or a licence logo prove a payment is safe?
No. Neither establishes the status of your account or guarantees a transaction.
